Self Funding Guarantee

We provide a risk free approach when economics are included in the engagement in either increasing revenue or reducing operational cost. We are able to offer a money-back guarantee since we are confident our proprietary process and data analysis in combination with our quick hits and long term initiatives will generate rapid results. Since our inception in 2008, we have never failed to self-fund our engagements.

PHASE 1 Guarantee – Onsite Training or Assessment

This is the benchmark and assessment step. During this phase, Insite will deliver a set of “quick hit” improvements with financial benefits that exceed the Phase I fees and expenses that can be rapidly implemented by your staff without assistance.

PHASE 2 Guarantee – Implementation Workshops

This is the implementation step for more complex improvement initiatives. If the improvement initiatives we implement together fail to deliver saving at least equal to our fees in the first year, Insite will continue working without charge until it does or refund the difference.



2-Week Checkpoint – During the first two weeks, you may cancel the effort for any reason and receive a full refund (less travel expenses incurred).

Self Funding Validation Point – If Insite discovers that a self-funding improvement opportunity is unlikely to be achieved, we will notify you prior to the end of week three and a full refund will be issued.
